Numerous legitimate prescription drugs, natural products and supplements can produce a false positive amphetamine result by immunoassay, due to metabolism of the meds within the body.

Methamphetamine is also a metabolite of certain legal drugs. There is also the possibility of a lab mixup. No database of prescription drugs produces complete results. It is rare for a patient to be taking gabapentin as their only prescription drug.

Kind of sad that a single, middle aged woman has lab results sprayed out to the world.

There is more to this story. I believe she and Anne Hesche were murdered within a week of each other as they were both outspoken against human trafficking and workimg together on the issue.

The Gov of Indiana, who has requested illegal immigrants come to his state, had to appoint another Congressman in her place.

Illegal Immigration is rife with human trafficking. Warloski was a strong advocate against human trafficking.

“Enough is enough. Human trafficking is the second fastest growing crime in the U.S. and sitting idly by while traffickers advertise innocent women and children is not an option,” said Walorski. “Ending this repugnant industry as quickly as possible should be the goal of every member of Congress, regardless of party or politics.”

In Walorski’s home state of Indiana, Indianapolis hosted the 2012 Super Bowl, a major human trafficking event. State Senator Randy Head authored SEA 4, now law, to train and combat human trafficking. Thanks to his legislation, 4,000 people were trained before the event and 68 arrests were made during the week of the Super Bowl.

Head thanked Walorski for her support of federal legislation to help end this practice.

“I commend Rep. Walorski for her conviction to put an end to human trafficking,” Head said. “Indiana has taken great strides to combat this atrocious crime.

“Congresswoman Jackie Walorski was working with Anne Heche on ending child sex trafficking,” according to X22 Report. Walorski was killed in a car accident the week before Heche, who had recently spoken out on the “epidemic” of child sex trafficking in Hollywood."

Anne Hesche also died on a car accident. The torts suggest she was simply speeding. When they were taking her toward the ambulance she is seen trying to get off the guerny and there were no medical first responders on the scene, only the ambulance driver. Was she being chased? Did she know her life was in danger? Was she trying to get away from that ambulance?

To say this is a conspiracy theory is highly unlikely. We know how things work now. We know there isn't anything the bad actors won't do to keep their evil secrests.

The Walorski crash and the way it was handled by ECSO is indeed suspicious.

The Heche crash was also very odd. And the close proximity of the two adds more intrigue.

However, there seems to be nothing linking the two crashes or even linking Jackie and Anne, let alone working on anything together except the X22 report – not exactly an outfit at the pinnacle of credibility and transparency.

Do you have any idea what the sources are for that article? And the names of people who wrote it?

Communications Director, Office of Congresswoman Jackie Walorski

This week, Rep. Jackie Walorski supported a package of legislation to combat human trafficking. The 10 bills were passed with bipartisan support and would help prevent human trafficking in the U.S. and internationally.

Head thanked Walorski for her support of federal legislation to help end this practice.

“I commend Rep. Walorski for her conviction to put an end to human trafficking,” Head said. “Indiana has taken great strides to combat this atrocious crime, and I’m encouraged to see that Congress is joining the fight.”

The bills passed by the House this week included:

H.R. 514 – Human Trafficking Prioritization Act

H.R. 515 – International Megan’s Law to Prevent Demand for Child Sex Trafficking

H.R. 357 – Human Trafficking Prevention Act

H.R. 468 – Enhancing Services for Runaway and Homeless Victims for Youth Trafficking Act of 2015

H.R. 398 – Trafficking Awareness Training for Health Care Act of 2015

H.R. 460 – Human Trafficking Detection Act of 2015

H.R. 350 – Human Trafficking Prevention, Intervention, and Recovery Act of 2015

H.R. 159 – Stop Exploitation Through Trafficking Act of 2015, as amended

H.R. 181 – Justice for Victims of Trafficking Act of 2015, as amended

H.R. 285 – Stop Advertising Victims of Exploitation Act of 2015

The bills now head to the Senate for further consideration."

This is unfair to the other driver, Edith Schmucker. While her blood alcohol level and the stimulants might have affected her, how many of us would respond better when a car is barreling at us at 80mph+ out of nowhere? She responded. She hit the brakes. How much time did she really have to react? If she turned right towards the shoulder, the other car likely would have hit her broadside before she got out of the way. She could have been fiddling with the radio dial or the AC, and the same thing would have happened. How many of us expect a car to be heading toward us at a high rate a speed when we're driving home from work? Not many, I think. Also, wouldn't the meth/crystal meth counteract the alcohol?

Yes, I was surprised to see this listed as a contributing cause of the crash. Doesn't seem like it was really a contributing cause, though I saw some information that she was following another car very closely, and that car ducked out of the way, veered into the ditch, to avoid being hit. That left Edith to take the hit. If true, that complicates it. I'm trying to find out more from sheriff.

I am stuck on Edith Schmucker being apparently intoxicated with multiple substances while working at an assisted living facility. Tragedy all around.

Margaret: I read this story to my husband and he mentioned that Schmucker was a common family name in Goshen Indiana, a northern town with a strong Mennonite community where he grew up in the 1960's and 70's. Many are gone from that era, but perhaps there are people there who can give some context. These communities stay in touch and track each other's lives. The Goshen News has been a place for news about families over years.

He was bothered at the idea this Schmucker was framed as some sort of addict, especially coming home from a care home shift. None of that fit.

Was she on illegal substances, or were these tests attributable to an over the counter or prescription drug? Other stimulants are well known causes of false positive tests. Presumably the autopsy or whatever medical investigation was done would have scrutinized this. But without more information, we don’t know for sure.

And yeah, seems odd to have been drinking while working in a health care facility.

Regardless, had Zach’s vehicle not been across the yellow line, the accident would not have occurred.

Such a plausible story, and such great timing. Smells cooked and convenient. There would be skid marks in most cases.

At least 3 people mentioned (ECSO FB page) skid marks in the northbound lane across from the accident. One even snapped a photo (still on FB). But ECSO never addressed it. So it’s unknown whether they're accident related.

ECSO omitted a lot.

They never disclosed the tox results publicly. I mentioned to a liberal friend that I was looking into the Walorski crash and she blurted out, "Oh her driver was drunk." When I told her I had the tox report and Zach tested negative, she almost looked a little disappointed.

They never disclosed the causes of death publicly. The causes of death were disclosed to the media, but omitted it in their public FB report. And they concealed what the key witness really said, and even misrepresented that.

It's unknown whether they even told the coroner or pathologist who conducted the autopsy that the witness said it appeared something may have happened to Zach, so they could maybe delve specially into that.

But anyone who questions the official narrative is smeared as a "conspiracy theorist."

Margaret, reading between the lines of your great reporting on this, but are you suspicious Potts had a sudden climate change event while driving?

I guess I go back to what the main eyewitness, who was behind Zach, said -- that either something happened to the driver or something happened to the car. He didn't brake. Not even for a second. His foot was not on the gas or the brakes for almost five seconds while riding in the wrong lane. Either he was incapacitated or he was not in control of the car. To me, it has to be one or the other.

Whew, yeah it’s a niggling thought. Any chance there could have been an unintended and uncontrolled acceleration that has been known to happen with some Toyotas in the past, maybe due to floor mats jamming the acceleration pedal?

Maybe. But not with floor mats, I don't think.

Not buying it. Her actions are not consistent with someone DUI, but his are very consistent with someone having a "medical emergency". She starts accelerating moderately as the speed limit rises. He, (a known very safe driver), rapidly accelerates and leaves his lane of travel as his body spasms like the thousands of others we've seen. He desperately grips the steering wheel and jambs his foot down on the gas pedal.

As noted, 0.05 is not even legally DUI. If she was a completely sober, off-track NASCAR driver, perhaps she could've a avoided the collision, but then what?

(Side note; aren't pronouns handy?)
