I would be interested in your take on an administration that advanced IHS amendments that in effect denude the protections of a nation state's constitution and make a people beholden to an unaccountable, unelected foreign body. There is a procedure for that kind of activity and no one is suggesting or following it.

was thinking more along the line of treason by reason of attempting to subvert the constitution while in office. And the unconstitutionality needs the filing under Rule 11 to the Supreme Court for them to use the sword to strike it.

But it's not typical, because as a working journalist for 20 years this is the first time I've ever gotten an email like this from anyone in a state or federal agency. And I'm on many state and federal agency media contact lists.

Dr Shiva’s historic lawsuit revealed there is an entire structure which was put in place to moderate free speak on platforms.

Interestingly historic moments we live in, for sure. They don’t want to look into any of this, as they are enabling it and built it to withstand scrutiny.

We are in a post-constitutional age.

Congress doesn't have any courage. I suspect the DOJ OIG won't do anything of real substance. This will all be swept under the rug.

It is odd that you were contacted by that office. It is either misdirection or something else.

Yes, the disclosures continue to be more shocking than the prior. However, I just wanted to say I see Michael Horowitz as a Fixer. Fixing complaints and scandals to make sure the Bureau is never tarnished. The kind of investigation you're suggesting is one that would dismantle the FBI.
