After seeing what the vaccines had done to his patients, a board-certified neurologist decided NOT to get a Covid vaccine and sought an exemption from his employer
Good question. The bill, as passed into law, says if companies in the state are mandating the Covid vaccine, they have to offer three kinds of exemptions: medical, religious and natural immunity. The medical exemption is fairly limited and says companies can require a doctor letter. The religious exemption language basically follows what's already in federal law, Title 7 of the Civil Rights Act. The natural immunity exemption language allows companies to require a new test every 3 months - PCR or antigen test. People were really upset because the state Senate amendment basically removed all teeth from the bill in response to complaints from the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, Indiana Manufacturers' Association and others. The bill originally would have penalized employers who force people to 'voluntarily resign' for refusing the vaccine, thus denying them unemployment compensation.
I wonder how the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, Indiana Manufacturers' Association, etc., will respond now that evidence of vaccine injury and harm is getting harder and harder to deny. We're living in an increasingly bizarre clown world in which some entities are mandating the mouse boosters while other entities are banning or limiting access.
Well. Not exactly. The Republican legislators in the state appear to be almost entirely owned by pharma and big business in general and almost always cave to their demands. But the Democrats said in explaining their votes that they WERE NOT on the same side as those who testified in opposition, like Dr. Matt Bain, but were voting "no" because they want everyone to get the vaccines and don't want even slightly stronger exemptions from corporate vaccine mandates.
I personally know several in my small circle of family and friends who have suffered the types of neurological damage described by this doctor. One has been diagnosed with ALS and another with MS. Both conditions coming out of the blue post-vaccination. Of course no doctor dare question the relationship between these new neurological symptoms and the vaccines for fear of an attack on their license and practice. "Safe and effective" indeed.
"I have a particular uneasiness when I hear the phrase “safe and effective” when used in the context of these vaccines."
While I get that he deliberately phrased it for his statement, I see it as the first step in awakening to the situation for many. This is followed by shock, then anger, then action, then grief, then a dull acceptance that we are deep into a battle with evil at the highest level.
Very important video and information, thank you
How do the mandates and exemptions stand now?

So the Indiana republicans are all in the pocket of pharma and the democrats aren't?
