Twitter users call on Elon Musk to reinstate doctors suspended for so-called Covid 'misinformation'
On Thursday evening, following Elon Musk’s takeover of Twitter and firing of four top executives — including the CEO, CFO and top censor — author Justin Hart asked people to reply with the names of Twitter users who have been suspended, with the goal of getting them reinstated.
Many of the people mentioned in the replies are doctors, researchers and others suspended for what they said about masks, lockdowns, Covid-19 and the vaccines — much of which turned out to be true.
The include:
Peter McCullough (cardiologist) — Banned in October 2022
“Twitter claimed that I violated the community rules after thousands of consistent posts on scientific abstracts, and manuscripts,” McCullough told NTD after he was banned.
Dr. Robert Malone (bio-researcher, inventor of mRNA technology) - Banned December 2021
“I may be one of the very few that has this depth of understanding of the technology that doesn’t have a direct financial conflict of interest,” Malone told The Epoch Times following the ban. “If I’m not allowed to speak about my concerns, whether they’re right or wrong … who is a valid person to participate in the dialogue?”
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga) - personal account — Banned December 2021 for tweeting VAERS statistics.
Twitter censors didn’t stop there. They “throttled” Greene’s tweets, reducing the number of people who would see them.
Dr. Sherri Tenpenny - Banned July 1, 2021 for violating Twitter’s Covid-19 “misinformation” policy.
As each person was banned, news articles in the mainstream media appeared to celebrate the censorship instead of expressing concern.
Here’s a Business Insider piece favorably reporting on the removal of Tenpenny from Twitter and labeling her statements as “false” without providing any information to show why the reporter thinks they are false.
Dr. Mary Talley Bowden - Banned July 2022 for tweeting that 127 deaths had been reported to VAERS for children ages 6 months to 17 years.
Dr. Andrew Bostom (Rhode Island physician/researcher) - Banned June 2022 for sharing the results of a peer-reviewed study that found the Covid vaccines may lower sperm counts.
J. Jay Couey (neuroscientist, former asst. professor of neurobiology at the Univ. of Pittsburgh) - Banned on unknown date
Couey recently co-authored this article with Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and Charles Rixey on the probable origins of Sars-CoV-2 at the University of North Carolina.
Jessica Rose (microbiologist) - Banned in early Aug 2022 for “ban evasion” though she’d made no attempts to evade the original ban.
Dr. James Hill (physician, scientist) - Banned January 2022 for retweeting a tweet from The Vigilant Fox of a video of Dr. Ryan Cole, the pathologist, below. (He appealed, but was denied.)

Countless others who have shared unorthodox views about the virus, masking and vaccines have also been banned — or “permanently suspended” in Twitter’s words.
Among the most notable is:
Naomi Wolf - (Third-wave feminist, author, activist, researcher) Banned in June 2021.
As Twitter users like Wolf were banned, other Twitter users would often cheer their removal from the platform:
What should be done with them?

On Thursday evening, Reuters reported that Elon Musk, on taking over ownership of Twitter, had fired four of its top executives, including the CEO, Parag Agrawal, and the top censor, the Indian-born lawyer Vijaya Gadde who famously censored the New York Post story on Hunter Biden’s laptop immediately prior to the 2020 presidential election and was the top decision-maker when it came to all permanent suspensions.
The silencing of so many voices questioning Covid and the vaccines led Twitter users to flee to Substack, Rumble, Gettr, Telegram, Truth Social and other platforms where they could follow the same people who’d been banned from Twitter and read or listen to their uncensored views.
They include hedge fund manager and former Black Rock analyst Edward Dowd, who has pursued the story of excess deaths on Gettr after being banned from Twitter. He’s quickly amassed more than 76,000 followers on the platform.
They banned me for life for hurting a leftist's feelings. If they restore my account, I'll go back to see what people are saying...but Substack and Gettr are home now.
I am also looking forward to seeing this list of warriors reinstated and agree, let’s build on on and further. No one left behind! The censorship dam is cracking and those asleep are in for a rude awakening.
