The secret to how Dems steal elections was revealed by an Arizona whistleblower in 2020
Anonymous letter sent to all state legislators and the DOJ told of secret meeting where Democrat leaders said 35,000 fraud votes would be added to every Dem candidate
The Arizona governor’s race is still undecided and the populist Republican dynamo Kari Lake is running behind.
That’s right.
The best female candidate for a major political office the Republican Party has probably ever fielded is running behind the Democratic candidate, Secretary of State Katie Hobbs … who refused to debate, in an election in which 72 percent of voters say the country is on the wrong track.
About 300,000 ballots are still being processed statewide, many of them mail ballots that people dropped off in person on Election Day [Republican voters, for the most part, trying to stop another steal].
Lake is expected to pull out a win when all the numbers are in.
But why is it even close?
What could be happening behind the scenes?
We know what could be happening because of what was revealed at the hearing before Republican state legislators in Phoenix, Arizona, held on November 30, 2020.
This was the second hearing held in the states following the 2020 election where Rudy Giuliani, acting as a sort-of prosecutor, introduced dozens of witnesses and masterfully summarized an astounding amount of evidence pointing to a “common plan” to skew the election focused on Democrat-run cities in several states (Pennsylvania, Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and Nevada) — a conspiracy to steal an American presidential election.
The most interesting piece of evidence presented was a copy of an email that was projected onto a large screen.
The email had been sent to all Arizona state legislators and to the criminal division of the U.S. Department of Justice by a man who said he was present at a Democratic Party meeting in Pima County, Arizona, on September 10, 2020, two months before the presidential election, where a presenter said that 35,000 votes would be added to every Democratic candidate on the ballot, including candidates for federal office (Joe Biden).
It was the specifics that were really interesting. Here’s exactly what the person said in the email:
“When I asked ‘how in the world will 35,000 be kept hidden or from being discovered,’ it was stated that ‘spread distribution will be embedded across the total registered voter range and will not exceed the registered voter count, and the 35,000 was determined allowable for Pima County based on our county registered voter count.’”
He said someone at the meeting also stated:
“total voter turnout versus total registered voters will determine how many votes we can embed. This embedding will auto-adjust based on the voter turnout.”
The whistleblower said he was invited to the September 10, 2020 meeting by the Democratic Party — presumably the Pima County Democratic Party in Tucson.
No phones or recording devices were allowed at the meeting, he said.
He said they were told at the meeting that votes would be added early on election night in batches of 1,000 so that they would not be detectable, even in an audit.
He wrote that the presenters said they were sure no losing candidate would ever spend the kind of money required to uncover the fraud as that would involve contacting individual voters to verify votes.
They were also told that the number of fraud votes embedded in Maricopa County’s totals would be “substantially larger” than Pima County’s because the number of embedded votes would be “calculated based on the total number of registered voters.”
“When I asked, ‘has this ever been tested? and how do we know it works?’ The response was, ‘Yes, this has been testing [tested] and has shown significant success in Arizona Judicial Retention Elections since 2014.”
The email also includes this sentence:
“This year our Secretary of State has removed precinct level detail from election night releases so candidates can’t see precinct over-votes.”
It ends with the whistleblower saying:
“This is what I have from this meeting. Just thought I’d report this. Not sure if you can do anything since I was unable to have a recording device at this meeting. Thank You.”
The email was presented to legislators as part of a slide presentation by Col. Phil Waldron, a former information operations officer with the U.S. Army and an expert in special electronic warfare, who says he began studying the security of voting machines in 2019, when he took note of “anomalies” in the Kentucky governor’s race that saw Gov. Matt Bevin defeated in his bid for re-election by Andy Beshear. He said he joined with other electronic security experts to take a hard look also at the 2018 U.S. Senate race in Texas, in which gun-grabber Beto O’Rourke came close to defeating Sen. Ted Cruz.
“The voting systems in the U.S. and Arizona, with Dominion and several other machines, were built to be manipulated,” Waldron told the nine legislators at the hearing.
“These machines have multiple points of injection that are vulnerable, everywhere from the server level, where passwords, accesses are posted to the dark web for any hacker to get in and access them…At the operator level, if there’s software, it can be corrupted, it can be manipulated, with a device that’s as small and simple as a USB device, which these machines are booted up and run off of.”
He said the entire file of votes can be downloaded by a hacker, the data changed, and the file uploaded back into the system.
Waldron also said that what the email from the whistleblower described matched what he and his team of experts saw on the night of the Nov. 3, 2020 election.
He said that in monitoring the votes in Pima and Maricopa counties as they were recorded in real time, they saw an “injection spike” of 143,100 votes for Joe Biden early in the evening, at 8:06:40 p.m.
“The number of votes injected in a specific time period exceeded the ability of the scanners to process ballots and upload,” said Waldron.
Election administrators upload batches of votes, usually 3-5,000 at a time. But 100,000 or more is not possible, he said.
“That was in excess of what the machines could have processed.”
Waldron said that because there was no precinct-level reporting of vote totals, and because the Maricopa and Pima county numbers were merged and mail-in votes weren’t distinguished from in-person votes, it was impossible to parse the vote totals.
In Maricopa County, he noted, there had been 1.9 million requests for mail-in ballots.
HOW THEY DID IT
The information revealed in the whistleblower’s email and seen in the “injection spike” of votes for Joe Biden answers the question of how someone might fix an election in the modern era.
People who know a bit about elections know that it’s not enough to deliver trucks filled with paper ballots to a central count facility, as witnesses say was done in Detroit.
That’s part of it.
But ballots have to be connected to names on the voter roll. Somehow.
If you have 300,000 more votes than the number of people shown to have voted, that would not work.
You have to connect votes to the roll.
When I first saw this sentence from the whistleblower, I finally understood how they’re doing it (assuming what he says is accurate):
“spread distribution will be embedded across the total registered voter range and will not exceed the registered voter count”
Here’s how I understand this:
The 35,000 votes were to be applied to 35,000 names on the voter roll in Pima County — 35,000 names that represent duplicate registrations or people who have moved away or have died, or simply did not care to vote.
But how did they know these people weren’t going to cast a ballot?
They didn’t know for sure — until after the polls closed in Arizona at 7 p.m. on Nov. 3. At that point, anyone with access to the system could see who hadn’t voted, and then votes could be “cast” for these names on the voter roll.
What does that mean that votes would be cast?
In computer systems, they would be marked as having voted, and their votes would be applied to the Democratic candidates, though they hadn’t voted at all.
And stacks of paper ballots would be marked up on site or brought in to be scanned into the system. These would be the ballots that go along with the 35,000 names on the voter rolls who are marked as having voted — voted by mail.
This is only possible, of course, because voter rolls in the United States are cluttered with the names of people who were not going to vote because they’re incapacitated, dead, no longer living in the area, or for some other reason.
I’ve written about voter rolls over the years, for Breitbart and other publications, and have only slowly come to understand that the unwillingness on the part of Democrats in particular to maintain these voter rolls, and remove ineligible voters, must be purposeful — with the purpose being to make it possible to cheat.
Another thing that made it possible to fix an election on a grand scale, of course, is voting by mail.
“We’ve been warned for more than 20 years that going to major mail-in ballots as a way of doing our elections will be fraught with tremendous fraud,” Giuliani told the legislators.
The conspiracy to steal the election, he said — (“a conspiracy that was hatched by the crooked leaders of the Democratic Party”) — was centered on mail-in ballots and absentee ballots.
Is it happening again two years later, in 2022?
Arizona has the same Secretary of State — Katie Hobbs — who is now a candidate for governor.
And it has the same voting machines, with Pima County (Tucson) using ES&S machines and Maricopa County (Phoenix) using Dominion machines.
Waldron said at the 2020 hearing that the two are “very similar in terms of vulnerabilities” as the software they run on shares similar code and similar functions.
But as Democrats well know, if Lake is elected, she’s going to see that this gets fixed. She’s promised she will.
How can they let her win?
Then again, how would they dare cheat when everyone’s watching, and when we know precisely how the cheating might happen?

Full e-mail sent to all Arizona legislators and to the Department of Justice on Nov. 12, 2020, from a person who did not reveal his identity:
Please be advised the Pima County Recorder, located at 240 N. Stone Avenue in Tucson, Arizona, 85701 in Pima County, Arizona, and the Democrat Party added fraud votes. In the initial count of the vote by mail (VBM) totals released at 8 pm on November 3, 2020, There are approximately 35,000 fraud votes added to each Democrat candidates’ vote totals. Candidates impacted include County, State, and Federal Election candidates. Through the utilization of the automated ballot count machines in Pima County Elections, My understanding is that 35,000 was embedded into each Democrat candidates’ total votes. Below are the meeting notes.
In a meeting I was invited to by the Democrat party in Pima County, Arizona on September 10, 2020, no phones or recording devices were allowed. A presentation was given including detailed plans to embed 35,000 votes in a spread configured distribution to each Democrat candidate’s vote totals.
When I asked, “How in the world would 35,000 votes be kept hidden, or from being discovered?” It was stated that spread distribution will be embedded across the total registered vote range and will not exceed the registered voter count. And the 35,000 was determined allowable for Pima County based on our county registered voter count.
It was also stated total voter turnout versus total registered voters determined how many votes we can embed. The embedding will also adjust based on voter turnout. Because the embedded votes are distributed sporadically, all embedded votes will not be found if audited because embeds are in groups of approximately 1,000. This is so the County Recorder can declare an oversight issue or error, as a group of 1,000 is a normal and acceptable error.
Maricopa County’s embed totals will be substantially larger than Pima, due to embeds being calculated based on the total number of registered voters. When I asked, “Has this ever been tested, and how do we know it works?” the response was, yes, this has been tested and has shown significant success in Arizona judicial retention elections, since 2014. Even undetectable in post audits because no candidate will spend the kind of funds needed to audit and contact voters to verify votes and the full potential of the total registered voters, which is more than 500,000 registered voters. This year our Secretary of State has removed precinct level detail from election night releases, so candidates can’t see precinct over-votes.
This is what I have from this meeting. Just thought I’d report this. Not sure if you can do anything since I was unable to have a recording device at this meeting. Thank You.

I'll just add that in this most recent election, supervisors in my county (Cochise) voted to have paper ballots used, tabulated by precinct. An organization of "retired civil servants" filed a lawsuit against the supervisors, and the AZ DCC forbid the use of paper ballots. This made the national news, but fell like a tree in the forest here in Arizona, where on Nov. 8th, voting machines in Republican areas were out of service on a massive scale.
Citizens need to WAKE UP and stop listening to media who downplay and ignore this information. And I am not talking about the comatose leftist blue citizens. I’m talking about run of the mill, drowsy, red and traditionally blue-because-we’ve-always-voted-blue voters who hear this and just hit the snooze button. We are losing our blessed republic (well, it’s no longer experiencing blessing but rather judgment, and rightly so). There is no way to get it back without integrity. Personal integrity matters. If people weren’t inclined to lie and cheat, we wouldn’t have election integrity issues.
If we returned to proper safeguards around our elections, the people who want to cheat wouldn’t be able to. And if they did, we could find out.
Without leaders of integrity to implement and enforce good and just laws, we may as well not have elections. 😡
