The state medical board in Maine suspended her license in January with no due process, and incredibly, ordered Dr. Nass to have a neuropsychological evaluation and accused her of being “unprofessional” and “disruptive” because of her very public criticism of the government’s response to Covid-19.
On the first day of the hearing, Oct. 11, an assistant state attorney general questioned Nass aggressively on behalf of the medical board, focusing mostly on how she kept patient records, implying that she had not taken thorough notes documenting conversations with patients.
Nass’s attorneys have moved to dismiss all charges and asked the board to apologize to her. Slated to testify in support of Nass today are: Professor Emeritus in Epidemiology at Yale Harvey Risch, M.D., Ph.D.; pulmonary and critical care specialist Paul Marik, M.D.; inventor of mRNA vaccine technology Robert Malone, M.D.; intensive care specialist Pierre Kory, M.D. and surgeon Steven Katsis, M.D. of the Oklahoma Medical Board.
