I recently discovered that the VAERS report on the death of Haley Link Brinkmeyer had been taken down.
Haley Link Brinkmeyer was a 28-year-old physical therapist from Evansville, Ind., who died tragically less than 48 hours after getting the Moderna vaccine in January of 2021.
She worked in a nursing home and so was eligible to get the vaccine early on, along with most other healthcare workers.
Her employer hosted the ‘vaccine clinic’ and Walgreen’s administered the shots.
Haley got hers on Jan. 19.
The next day, Jan. 20, she was sick and vomiting.
Her husband left her in the bathroom that evening and went to bed. In the morning he woke up to find her deceased on the bathroom floor.
I came across her VAERS report several times. Her name wasn’t on it, of course, but I knew it was her because of the age and date of death, and because it was the Moderna vaccine, which her mother, Shauna Link, had told me she’d gotten.
Then, a few weeks ago, when I was retrieving end-of-year numbers of deaths and injuries for Indiana, I saw that it wasn’t there anymore.
I called VAERS and they wouldn’t tell me too much. But Shauna Link followed up with a call to them, and because she is the mother, they told her that two reports had been filed for Haley — one by Walgreen’s and the other by an individual whose name they wouldn’t give her.
They’d removed the report submitted by Walgreen’s, which had administered the vaccine, while the one submitted by the unknown individual remained.
The problem is that the one now in VAERS, that was submitted by the unknown individual, shows:
No age in the top field.
No state.
The wrong “date of onset” — when she began experiencing side effects.
The wrong vaccine — Pfizer BioNTech. Haley got the Moderna vaccine.
Because it is missing the age and state information, the report of Haley’s death doesn’t show up now if you search for deaths in Indiana for the Covid-19 vaccines for everyone under 40.
You can see the full report by clicking on the link below:

These are the only deaths, below, that show up in VAERS for people under 40 in Indiana who died after getting the vaccine:
(***Note that all five above got the Moderna vaccine, like Haley.)

I called and emailed the CDC’s media line two weeks ago, trying to find out about Haley’s missing report. I talked to three different people and they promised to pass the request along.
I never got a call, and no response to my e-mails.
In one of the calls, I talked to Nick Spinelli, who is sometimes quoted in the media as a spokesman for the CDC. He told me to email him all the information, and he would get it to the right person, who could get me a response.
So I sent him this e-mail:
Hello, Nick --
I called yesterday to find out why a VAERS record has been removed -- or at least removed from public view.
The VAERS ID is: 1145918-1.
This report is for the death of Haley Link Brinkmeyer, age 28, who died Jan. 21, 2021.
I have five questions:
1. Why was this record taken down (or removed from public view)?
2. When was it taken down?
3. How many other reports of deaths in VAERS associated with the Covid-19 vaccines have been taken down (or removed from public view)?
4. The mother of Haley says she was never contacted by any federal employee or agency related to an investigation into her daughter's death. Why wouldn't she have been contacted?
5. Is this death being investigated by the CDC or any other federal agency?
This is a fairly high-profile case, given her age and the shock of her death to her family and the city in which she lived.
It was written up by the Daily Mail, here: Physical therapist, 28, dies two days after taking COVID-19 vaccine
I never got a response.
I suspect that this is because of patient confidentiality, because by acknowledging my request for information or answering it, they’d be confirming that this is the report on Haley Link Brinkmeyer, which they are not supposed to do. No names — of patients or doctors or hospitals — are visible to the public in VAERS, or can be released by VAERS to anyone except maybe immediate family.
So perhaps if I’d not mentioned her name and only given the VAERS ID number, they would have called me.
I don’t know. It’s hard to know.
When I was working at The Epoch Times, I’d called the CDC’s media office several times. And though I was promised an answer to a question, I did not ever get one. The person who was supposed to call with an answer never did.
This is not normal.
The media departments of federal agencies are supposed to respond to inquires from all legitimate media organizations.
The CDC and FDA appear to have decided that they won’t answer questions from reporters who express skepticism about vaccines, or are writing articles that are seen as critical of vaccines.
This is not acceptable.
These are government agencies. They have a duty to facilitate, as far as can be considered reasonable, requests for information from all professional media organizations and other professional journalists, regardless of what they write.
It is not permissible to withhold a government service from anyone based on their viewpoint or the content of articles.
I wonder if members of Congress know they’re doing this.
But back to Haley Link Brinkmeyer, we now know what happened to her VAERS report. They removed a duplicate report for the same ‘incident.’
But likely because of incompetence (if we want to give them the benefit of the doubt), or perhaps to hamper those seeking knowledge, they removed the one that was accurate and complete and kept the one that is inaccurate and incomplete.
In any event, this won’t be the last we hear about Haley’s tragic death.
After months of struggle, her mother was able to have tissue samples sent to a forensic pathologist who is testing them to see if there is evidence that the vaccine caused Haley’s death. She’s expecting to get results from him soon.
The coroner in Vanderburgh County, Indiana, had listed Haley’s cause of death on her death certificate as “diabetic hyperglycemia with ketoacidosis due to diabetes mellitus.”
But her mother, Shauna Link, was doubtful that her daughter’s diabetes caused her death, telling a forum in Greenwood, Ind., in November of 2021 that because all three of her daughters were diabetic, she knows the disease well, and knows that if experiencing ketoacidosis, her other daughter would turn into a wet noodle, and would be so weak she couldn’t speak.
She said Haley’s husband, Evan, spoke to Haley just before he went to bed around 11 p.m. on Jan. 20.
More to come….
As a diabetic of 30 odd years the idea that someone that has had type 1 for any prolonged period of time would succumb to what the coroner suggests is ridiculous. When blood sugar is low it is acute onset and in some extreme circumstance the speed of change of circumstance can get the better of you, but you have a long way to go to get that high with blood sugar and plenty of warning signs, as this person's mother suggests. So sad how little I am shocked by this story though. Absolute mad world.
So even VAERS is corrupt in hiding, removing or altering facts that don't suit Pfizer, Moderna etc,?
LIABVILITY would remove the incidence of DEATH BY VAX.
LIABILITY for Big Pharma would also bankrupt Pfizer, Moderna, etc,.
